MOTHER'S DAY: THE LIGHT THAT CAN’T BE OUTSHINED

Do you know the light that can’t be outshined? The light of every home? The light that serves as a guide to every child as they grow up? We are not talking about the invention of Mr. Edison. We are talking about the creation of God. She is Eve, the woman, the wife. But it is not just about Eve. Rather, it is about all mothers around the world. The reason why we are seeing the beautiful world.

Nine months of suffering just to deliver a beautiful child. Eighteen years of service or more just to raise a successful person. A woman with unconditional love gives life to every little being. She gives care, teaches love, brings a smile, and cheers you up. A mother has different faces. There is a housewife. She does the house chores. She works early in the morning and late at night. There is also the single one. Who took both responsibilities of a father and mother. She does every possible way to sustain the life and future of a child. There is this foster mother. Not biological, but the love is real. Although not blood-related, she is doing her best to become a better parent. There is also a male mother. Even though he is a man, he is a mother. Just like the single parent, he does both responsibilities. But, there are also the unexpected ones. The one who neglects the responsibility of being a parent. And that’s just sad to know. Yet, each of them is considered a mother. And every mother deserves to be recognized. Mother’s Day is celebrated around the world to give recognition to every hard-working and loving mother. They are the one who took care of us and teaches us to live our lives properly. Even though there are times we aren’t on good terms with them, we cannot deny the fact that they are still our mothers. And we should return the love and care they give.

The celebration of mother’s day is just proof that mothers are special and must be recognized. Although there are many faces of a mother, they cannot be changed. They are our guide in this world. They are our first teachers. The first woman who loved and still loves us. They are the light that cannot be outshined by any light. Our precious. Our treasures. Our Mothers.
