My Words Trying to Reach the President

To the head of our country,

    I am making this letter in hopes that it will reach you. I am just a simple citizen and a student of this country. In this letter, I would like to express my what I feel about you. This contains the feelings that I can’t say to you personally. These words are from the heart and I hope you will read it someday.

    Being the president and the father of country is really tiring. From making sure we are all safe from outsiders to making sure we are all at good condition in our homes. But, there are still “pasaway” and that causes lots of problems. Although bad things happen, I know it is not what you want. There is no perfect leader. You made mistakes but I know you only want to make this place a better country. What they said is true. The people will notice all your mistakes and forget what the good things you did. Not everyone will in favor of you but I want you to still continue what you have started. I also like how you admitted what you did and you said it in one of your public speeches. "My only sin is the extrajudicial killings." But, I won't ever forget your achievements. You are truly a leader, a man who cares for the country and for the people.

    Now that your term will soon be over, let me take this moment to thank you for being such a good leader. Thank you for being a good father to us. Thank you for everything you have done. Thank you for your love and service for this country. You did a great job. I hope the future leaders will be as good as good. Thank you our beloved president, Mr. Rodrigo "Digong" Roa  Duterte.

    Good Day. I liked how you put your honesty in this letter. I'm impressed with the words you used in addressing your message to the President. Don't be afraid and continue sharing your thoughts and opinions about the different problems and issues in our country. GBY :)

NEW YEAR: IMPROVING AND NOT CHANGING

     I t’s been a year and memories have been made although it feels like months is equal to weeks only. More than thirty one and a half million seconds, almost five hundred twenty six minutes, approximately eight thousand seven hundred hours, three hundred sixty five days, fifty two weeks, twelve months, one whole year is about to end. But I guess, I don’t want to forget it especially because the things that happened made a huge impact on me. Now, let me recall the things that happened.      O ur country is still experiencing the pandemic and me, still stuck in our home. To be honest, most of the time, I’m busy with my modules.
