By that, the learners were not given the permission to go out because they belong to the individuals with high vulnerability when it comes to getting infected by the virus. In the Philippines, President Rodrigo Duterte said that he will not allow students to go back to school until coronavirus vaccine is available.     T he world is facing lots of problem. Each country experiences different problems and gives solutions to them. But then a single yet big threat emerged. The word Pandemic took over the news. Covid-19, a virus originated from China, shocked humanity as it spread throughout the world. Almost every country was affected, including the Philippines.
