     S hort background: The Vigan City  Fiesta is held in honor of St. Paul the Apostle, the city's patron saint, on  25 January each year . L ocals and tourists gather to experience and see the street  dancing, carnivals, food fairs, and arts and crafts, adding to the attraction of this UNESCO World Heritage.  Since the rise of Covid-19 pandemic, everything changed as mentioned many times in this blog. Celebration of different festivities are different; local, national, or even international. Take for example the Christmas.      P andemic emerged and almost every country was disturbed. Establishments like company buildings, malls, schools, and others were closed. Education of students was affected by the worldwide health crisis. Staying at home and wearing facemasks when going out became the new normal. By that, the learners were not given the permission to go out because they belong to the individuals with high vulnerability when it comes to getting infected by the virus.
